I had extremely high radon levels, even for Colorado Springs as our tests measured between 100 pCi/L and 130 pCi/L. With these high radon levels I wanted to use a radon abatement contractor that I felt I could trust and knew what he was doing to reduce the radon levels for me and my family. Aspen Environmental Service’s came to inspect my home and Dennis Elkins took a great deal of time to determine the most effective type of system and the location on the house where it would look the best.
He was professional and knowledgeable in the way he explained how the system would work and the process in which it would be installed. He answered any question I had in a courteous thorough manner that was easy to understand and seemed genuinely concerned with our radon problem. This convinced us to use him instead of other radon mitigation contractors who did not appear to have the integrity that Dennis has.
They were on time and installed a great looking system on schedule. I have seen other systems and none compare to the appearance of the one Aspen Environmental Services’ installed on our home. They did not make a mess yet cleaned up in detail behind themselves inside and out. The system they installed reduced our unusually high radon levels from above 100 pCi/L to less than 1.0 pCi/L.
I can not express how pleased we are with the service Aspen Environmental Services provided and the excellent radon reduction they accomplished in our home.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a radon problem use Aspen Environmental Services. Although from the beginning we felt they were the best radon remediation contractor to use, they still exceeded everything we expected in service and results.
