A few weeks after moving into my house, as a precaution, I had it tested for radon. (The former residents had lived there for several years and had no radon abatement system, so I assumed the test would show safe levels.) I was shocked to learn that I had an average radon level of over 67 pCi/L -- more than 15x the minimum level at which the EPA recommends taking action (4.0 pCi/L). I immediately checked around and was referred to Aspen Environmental Services. They showed up exactly when promised and performed a single-trip/same-day, complete, professional system installation. They even did some interior caulking for me to maximize the system's efficiency. The effects were immediate and dramatic.
Four years later, I am still testing at an average 0.9 pCi/L, less than half the EPA "safe" level. Thanks to Aspen Environmental, I have the peace of mind of knowing my home is now safe from the hazardous effects of radon.
Dedicated, friendly and experienced people. Conscientious, professional installation. Affordable prices. The whole package.

Our experience with Aspen Environmental Services was outstanding. To begin with, we were under the pressure and deadlines of a home sale. We were able to get a competitive bid, arrange and perform the necessary construction and perform the necessary post-construction testing in a very tight timetable.
Aspen Environmental was very cooperative and professional in working with the necessary parties and coordinating the necessary steps to get this job done within the constraints put upon us all by the situation. Construction and testing went very smoothly and the system performed flawlessly. Throughout, Aspen Environmental was a pleasure to work with. And, the system with other necessary modifications to the dwelling was marvelous. It worked so well that our radon level of over 80 pCi/L was reduced to non-detectable levels with just the single system. What a pleasure we had and what success we enjoyed working with Aspen Environmental Services.
