Radon Mitigation Services

We offer free on-site inspections. If you need testing, we provide accurate and thorough services. Aspen Radon has successfully reduced radon levels in homes with readings over 700 pCi/L to below the EPA's recommended guideline of 4.0 pCi/L.


Radon Testing Services

We measure radon using principles from radiation physics, detecting the radiation emitted when radon decays. The unit of measurement, picocuries per liter (pCi/L), is crucial for assessing radon presence. Both the U.S. EPA and Colorado Department of Health recommend reducing radon levels in homes and structures to below 4.0 pCi/L and suggest addressing levels between 2.0 and 4.0 pCi/L.

Aspen Radon can assist homeowners in acquiring permission from their HOA’s committee for the installation of your radon mitigation system.

We can provide photographs of systems that look similar to your proposed system along with a photo that shows where your proposed radon system will be located on your home.

If your HOA committee would like to know more about radon, Aspen Radon can provide a 15 minute presentation at an HOA meeting. This would cover the basics as to what radon is, its health risk, the entry of radon into a home and how to reduce the radon levels within a home.
